Background
Due to rapid expansion including the installation additional dying machines Wooltex’s effluent discharge doubled over the last 12 months from 100m3 to 200m3 along with an increase in pH.
Project
For Wooltex to meet their trade effluent consents, we conducted a full site survey and proposed a full turnkey project which included ground works, bunds, pumps and pump controller along with stainless steel retention balance tanks.
Solution
The effluent plant was installed to specification and included our own wastewater instrumentation, consisting of the advanced Universal Smart Instrument (USI), to measure and control flow, level and pH in a single instrument. Our remote communications package allows the site operatives to connect their desktop PC’s to the USI and mirror the USI run time display directly, allowing them to remotely monitor and download the data.
